We added approximately 1628 square feet of space to this house addition in 2003 and remodeled 400 square feet of the garage into  a den in the first project picture featured below.

Finished Pool House
This project is a Pool House we built in 2004. It is a 36 x 36 pool house with 660 sq. ft. of all season enclosed space and the remainder is a wonderful tri-level spacious deck to enjoy the outdoor pool life on, including a covered barbeque area that is attached to the main deck.
