This is a new construction project that we have added 22 linear feet to the end of the existing shop building with a Mansard Style Roof on it. We added a 12 x 22 extension onto the existing shop building with 2 garage doors, one exterior steel out swing door and a twin single-hung 3'0' window. The slab was poured by Robert Smith out of Denison, Texas. We removed all the old trim and roofing and used smart-board to re-trim the entire building and used Owens-Corning architectural shingles (Driftwood) to re-shingle the roof. We caulked all the trim and nail holes and then we rolled & brushed 2 coats of A 100 Exterior Satin Latex Paint on the exterior walls and trim. Total time for the project was 127 hours or 3.25 weeks from start to finish. 99% of the work done on the project was done in house. We enjoyed working on this project and it turned out very well.
