Joe Baumgardner has been installing flooring products since 1973. Bringing with him, the years of experience and his knowledge of the public relations end of the business. Our crew has been working together in multi-phases for over 15 years. Our crew members are, Joe Baumgardner,

Terry Gentry adds his expertise and experience to the crew when we are doing new
construction, major renovation or a new addition project. Together we represent over
90 years of flooring and construction experience from framing on up to complete remodeling
and new houses.
Our participation is 100% on the jobsite as we are a hands on installation crew. We only farm out the electrical and major plumbing to respected contractors in the area. We know that our reputation is on the line
every time we step onto a project. Repeat business and word of mouth is how we stay busy, so keeping that in mind, you the customer are our number one priority!
